Summary

BeYourselfAgain does not collect, transmit, or share any of your data. Everything stays on your device.

Data Storage

All data you enter — behaviours, log entries, thought journals, and settings — is stored locally on your device:

No data is sent to any server, cloud service, or third party. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, and no analytics.

Network Access

The Android app declares the INTERNET permission solely for the local VPN-based content blocker, which intercepts DNS queries on-device to block configured domains. No network traffic is sent to external servers operated by BeYourselfAgain.

The web app and browser extension make no network requests beyond loading the app itself.

Data You Control

Third-Party Services

BeYourselfAgain does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking services.

Sensitive Content

The app is designed to help with recovery from various behavioural patterns. It references categories such as gambling, alcohol, and self-harm solely in the context of providing supportive tracking and CBT-based cognitive tools. No sensitive content is displayed, distributed, or promoted.

Children

BeYourselfAgain is not directed at children under 13. The app does not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this URL. Since no data is collected, changes would only relate to new features or platform requirements.
